Itinerary

Day 1

MARHABA!!!
This is the traditional greeting used in Morocco which conveys the meaning of a warm hello and welcome. Today your flight arrives into Casablanca.. After clearing customs and immigration procedures, you will be met by our representative, who will be waiting for you at the exit after the luggage check and inside the airport; he will be holding a sign with your name.

Afterwards, you will be transferred to your hotel, where our representative will assist you with check-in. The name Casablanca evokes thoughts of good living, romance and adventure in a tropical setting, an image that the 1943 Humphrey Bogart film conveyed to cinemagoers in the drab years of World War Two. Originally settled by Berbers in the 7th century, Casablanca’s fairly recent growth has made it the bustling, French-influenced business center of Morocco it is today.

Day 2

This morning’s sightseeing begins with an excursion around the port city of Casablanca.

During your tour you will visit the Hassan II Grand Mosque. The mosque is amongst the largest in the world and can house as many as 25,000 worshipers.

The mosque’s minaret is the tallest religious structure in the world. Then continue to the political capital of the country, the gorgeous Rabat. Your sightseeing will include Tour Hassan with Mohamed V mausoleum, Kasbah Oudayas and Chella Necropolis. After your tour, you start your drive to historical city of Fes.

Upon arrival to Fes you will be transferred to your hotel or riad for check in. Meal Plan: B

Day 3

Today you take a step back in time to the Middle Ages when you visit Fes El Bali, the largest living medieval Medina-city and cultural heart of Morocco. The city was founded in the 8th Century AD by Moulay Idriss I. The Imperial capital was a renowned center of medieval learning. In the neighbouring building is the Attarine Medersa (Koranic college), a jewel of Hispano- Moorish architecture, built in the 14th Century. Your sightseeing also includes a visit to the Nejjarine Square, Fondouq (Caravanserai), Dar Batha and the Museum of Moroccan Arts. Continue your visit to Fes El Jedid (New Fes), built by the Merinid Dynasty in the 13th Century. Here you will see the Royal Palace, mosques, medersas (schools), souks and the city wall. Most notably, Fes El Jedid is home to the Mellah, the old Jewish quarter, which provides an interesting insight into Jewish architecture. The medieval Medina is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Day 4

– Volubilis – Fes Today discover Volubilis, the site of the largest and most well-preserved Roman ruins in Morocco. Then continue to Meknes, the formal Imperial city built in the 17th Century by the powerful sultan Moulay Ismail, to rival the court of his counterpart Louis XIV of France. Admire Bab Mansour gateway and visit Moulay Ismail’s Mausoleum. In the afternoon, come drive back to Fes. Meal Plan: B

Day 5

Travel today to the desert, Option 1: Crossing the picturesque Atlas Mountains and the oasis cities of Erfoud and Rissani Option 2: Charter a flight to Errachidia and continue in 4x4WD Discover a few ksars (forts) and Kasbahs before reaching the desert. Leave your vehicle, ride a camel and enter the wilderness of the desert. What lay in front of you is your private camp settled exclusively for you. Climb the highest dunes to admire the colors of a Sahara sunset. To end this incredible day, a wonderful dinner is prepared around the fire under the starry sky. Day 6

Today you will discover the Tafilalet region and Kasbah before heading to Skoura through lush scenery, stopping at date palm grove along the way. On the way, visit in the Oasis Museum near Tinghir and continue your journey along the Dades Valley, known as the Valley of the Kasbahs. Meal Plan: B,D

Day 7

Day at leisure to enjoy all the benefits of the hotel. Swim in the beautiful swimming pool, sit by the fireplace, sip champagne on a picnic in the Valley of the Roses with a private set up and experience a desert jaunt on a camel or a horse before a pampering session in the SPA. Meal Plan: B

Day 8

Continue your drive to Marrakech, with an route stop at Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, a World Heritage Site. It became famous thanks to the numerous movies filmed there such as James Bond, Sahara, Nil diamante, Lawrence Arabia and Cleopatra. In Marrakech, architectural wonders, historical monuments, the mystical Medina with its thrilling souks and welcoming people are just some of the wonders that you will discover. Arrive to Marrakech, check in at your hotel or riad. Meal Plan: B

Day 9

Today, discover the Mysteries of Marrakech. Start your visit with the Bahia Palace, a small piece of folly ordered in 1880 by the great vizir Sidi Moussa. Afterwards, visit of Si Said Museum to admire beautifully decorated weapons, splendidly decorative clothing and beaten copper articles; whilst traditional Berber jewels captivates and enchants. After lunch, you will visit the Ben Youssef Medersa, one of the jewels of Marrakech. The current structure of this Koranic school was built around 1570. Then, prepare yourself for a discovery of the labyrinth of souks and get ready for shopping!! This maze of colorful alleys and small squares are home to a bewildering array of stalls and ateliers devoted to specific crafts. You end up at the Djemâa el Fna square, a multitude of street-artists and stalls of dried fruit and orange juice freshly pressed right before you. Also, admire the Koutoubia Mosque which is an emblem of Marrakech. Built in the 12th century, the Koutoubia minaret is the most perfect Islamic religious structure in North Africa. Meal Plan: B

Day 10

Excursion & Berber Experience Today discover another side of Morocco, the gorgeous Atlas Mountains, North Africa’s greatest mountain range and live unique Berber Experience. Travelling to Asni (by 4×4 1h drive or helicopter 15-minute flight) admiring gorgeous views, continue by road to the village of Imlil on the foot hill of the Djebel Toubkal, the highest mountain in the Atlas. Then ride on mules to a typical Berber village nestled in the mountain to meet Mohamed and its family. They are welcoming you to discover their home and enjoy a typical Berber breakfast with mint tea and Berber bread. Then, you come back to a Kasbah for a lovely lunch on the terrace with amazing view on the Atlas Mountains and Berber villages. After lunch have a walk and relax. At the end of the afternoon, come back to Marrakech. Meal Plan: B,L

Day At Leisure Enjoy this day at leisure to relax in your hotel or stroll in the Red City. If you would like to live more exceptional moments, we would be delighted to organize cooking, perfume, pottery workshops, visit of Marrakech gardens or private shopping … Meal Plan: B

Departure You will be transferred from your hotel to Marrakech airport; our representative will assist you during the check- in formalities.
